A little bit about me.

I’m a Learning and Development Professional with nearly 10 years of experience in the field. I am also wrapping up my Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning Master of Science degree at Boise State University May 2024.

I love this field because learning, performance improvement, and professional growth shouldn’t be boring! My mission is to make learning and growth enjoyable while supercharging the workforce to smash goals, boost performance, and create a workplace where everyone thrives.

When I am not behind a computer, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, and our dogs. We are always looking for the next adventure.
